TPA Announces FORS Silver Accreditation

19 Sep

TPA are pleased to announce attainment of the silver award in the Freight Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS).

The silver award confirms that TPA employ good practice and comply with the requirements laid out by the FORS Standard. By achieving FORS Silver accreditation, TPA’s fleet are demonstrably compliant with the CLOCS Standard for Construction Logistics and Work Related Road Risk (WRRR).

TPA’s Silver award will be upheld by an annual renewal and Performance Management Tools which will enable scrutiny throughout the year and ensure that TPA’s mind-set is focussed on maintaining high standards.

Deserved Recognition

As well as being able to display the FORS Silver logo on vehicles, all correspondence, emails and the TPA website can now proudly display this affirmation of excellence. This is a clear indication of TPA’s commitment to continuous improvement by embracing best industry practice and adopting current safety and environmental legislation. TPA can now tender to existing and potential new customers with added confidence.

A Team Effort

This award speaks volumes about the TPA team and their willingness to ensure the FORS Silver application was successful.

Operations Manager - Compliance, Tom Henderson, is enthusiastic about the benefits and business opportunities this award will bring to both the company and their customers and comments:

“TPA is committed to a process of continual improvement across all areas of the business, so we are delighted to have gained the FORS Silver accreditation and see it as an endorsement of our ongoing efforts to drive forward road safety, minimise non-compliance and reduce our environmental impact.”
