Spartan is a heavy-duty, interlocking composite mat designed to create stable temporary roadways and work platforms for vehicles and plant. With a load-bearing capability of up to 750 psi, it provides a high-strength option for demanding construction and infrastructure projects.

The panel uses a specialist composite blend designed to deliver strength and durability. Its homogeneous construction, without beads or pellets, provides a consistent material throughout the panel.

The overlapping flange and locking-pin system connects panels to form a continuous surface. With a usable panel length of approximately four metres, Spartan is well suited to utility, transmission and infrastructure applications where reliable temporary access is required.

TuffTrak is a heavy-duty temporary roadway mat designed for heavy plant, machinery, and vehicles. Made from 100% recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these 40mm thick mats support up to 60 tonnes, subject to panel configuration and ground conditions The chevron traction surface ensures optimal grip, reduces slippage, and dispels mud for a clean, secure surface. TuffTrak is easy to transport, non-conductive, and chemically inert. Steel-reinforced connection points and quick-fit bolts simplify installation for a stable setup.
